Helsinki Trip – Monster Training
For a spot of Web Ninja training…
Last week I flew out to Helsinki with our clients at Monster Energy to train the latest in Web Ninjas (AKA Web Coordinator).
As well as content management of the UK website for Monster Energy, I also look after the Web Coordinators across the whole of Northern Europe, ensuring all countries websites are consistent with the brand image and that the Web Coordinators are fully trained in their roles.
This initial face to face induction ensures that later when working remotely most of the problems have been ironed out and we are on the same level of understanding.
Our training programme with Monster Energy consists of:
- Set up of appropriate accounts and email
- In depth tuition of the administration areas on the Monster Energy website
- Productivity Tools
- Complete tuition on Social Media and the way we use it at Monster Energy
- Monthly reporting & analytics
