Junior WordPress Experts Wanted!
We are quickly expanding our team and we need YOU!
We’re looking for a junior WordPress expert who also has graphic web design/developer skills with an emphasis on graphics and a genuine interest in coding. We are searching for a creative designer with the ability to transform abstract ideas in to thriving creativity.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable directing the overall design of a project with minimal guidance and oversight. Ideal candidates have a experience in graphic design or similar and have some work experience at a design studio or advertising agency. Candidates should have a passion for producing great work, great communication skills, and a strong understanding of technology.
Ideally you:
- Are super talented & love designing.
- Are awesome on Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver.
- Are an expert at HTML, CSS, WordPress themes and plugins, JavaScript and XHTML, CSS website layouts.
- Know the latest on web tech & cross browser / platform issues .
- Are a multi-tasking super-hero!
- Detail oriented & well organised.
And it would be awesome if:
- You have professional experience in web design & multimedia production.
- Know how to build bespoke WordPress themes, plugins & bespoke sites in responsive HTML5.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
- HTML/XHTML
- CSS
- PHP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Owns their own laptop with all software listed above
Salary & Working Hours:
This is a self employed/freelance role with flexible working hours 8 hours/1day per week but opportunity for more as the business grows relaxed, friendly working environment.
- Pay – £10 – 15 per hour
